Morris W. Price
Chair
Morris W. Price Jr. is an executive leader with more than 30 years of experience in philanthropy, nonprofit management, government, and higher education. He is recognized for aligning strategy, people, and resources to advance equity, strengthen institutions, and support community-driven impact.
Morris is the Principal of Morris Price Consultancy, which works with executive and board leadership on governance, development, and strategic planning. He has held senior roles at major organizations, including Vice President of Grants and Impact at The Colorado Trust, where he managed more than $20 million in annual grantmaking and led statewide health equity initiatives. As Vice President and Executive Director of City Year Denver, he oversaw a $3.3-million budget, 16 professional staff, and over 75 AmeriCorps members. His public service includes serving as District Director for Colorado’s First Congressional District.
His experience in philanthropy and education also includes managing national portfolios. While at the Gill Foundation, he managed a grant portfolio to strengthen nonprofit and advocacy organizations, and was a founding staff member at the Daniels Fund, he directed a multi-state scholarship program and college readiness initiative for the state’s first billion dollar endowed private foundation. In higher education, he held admissions leadership roles at the University of Denver and DePauw University, expanding multicultural outreach.
Morris is a Nonprofit Lifecycle Certified Professional. He serves as Co-Director of the Black Resilience in Colorado Fund, President of the Board of Directors of Philanthropy Colorado, Chair of the Colorado Educational and Cultural Facilities Authority, a Trustee of Rose Community Foundation, and a Board Member of the Colorado State University Foundation. He has been recognized with the Swanee Hunt Individual Leadership Award, the MLK Business Social Responsibility Award, the NAACP Civil Rights & Justice Advocacy Commerce Award, Colorado State University Charles A. Lory Public Service Award, Denver Public Schools Alumni Hall of Fame, Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce Professional Man of the Year Award and as one of the “25 Most Influential African Americans.”
Morris was born in Denver and is an alumnus of Denver Public Schools, Colorado State University (B.A. Communications), and Regis University (MNM Nonprofit Management). He resides in Denver with his terrier Westie mix, Teddy.
Gary Steuer
Board Member
Gary Steuer is a leader in philanthropy, arts management, cultural policy, and impact. He has invested 35 years of experience across private foundations, municipal government, nonprofit theater, and national arts advocacy. A consistent thread through his career has been working at the intersection of culture, real estate/facilities, tourism and public/private partnership.
As President of the Bonfils-Stanton Foundation, he led transformative initiatives in equity, impact investing, trust-based philanthropy, and storytelling, while advancing these values with funders nationwide.
Prior to relocating to Denver, he served as Philadelphia’s first Chief Cultural Officer where he created and led the Office of Arts, Culture and Creative Economy (now Creative Philadelphia), launched the Knight Arts Challenge in partnership with the Knight Foundation, and established the City Hall Art Gallery and free public performance series.
At Arts & Business Council Inc., he founded the National Arts Marketing Project, produced the MetLife Arts Issue Forums (broadcast on public television), and launched the NY State Cultural Tourism Initiative. He later led a merger with Americans for the Arts and Business Committee for the Arts, driving national efforts to grow private sector support for the arts.
Earlier in his career, he served as the first managing director of the Vineyard Theatre in New York City, led the effort to secure, design and build their current home at Union Square, served as executive director of Tony Randall’s National Actors Theatre on Broadway, and created and ran the Capital Funding Initiative at the New York State Council on the Arts, supporting hundreds of capital projects statewide.
Danielle Oliveto

As Deputy Chief of Staff and Director of Community Engagement for Governor Jared Polis, Danielle Oliveto manages core operations for the office, community engagement and special projects for the Governor. Born and raised in Colorado, and a proud CU Grad, she began working as a field organizer on Governor Polis’ first campaign for Congress and continued in several roles through 2014, including director of scheduling and campaign manager. From 2015-2018, Danielle worked in the Bay Area for then BART Director Nick Josefowitz, leading operations and special projects for electoral, clean energy, transit and housing projects. In 2019 Danielle returned to Colorado to support Governor Polis as his Deputy Chief of Staff, standing up the Governor’s Office systems and processes. In addition to the Colorado Educational and Cultural Facilities Authority, Danielle serves on the Capitol Building Advisory Committee, Civic Center Conservancy, Take Note Colorado, the Biennial of the Americas Board and the America 250 Colorado 150 Commission.
Elizabeth Lee
Board Member
Elizabeth “Lizzy” Lee is the founder and principal of Elee Advisory, a Denver-based firm advising on real estate finance and public-private partnerships across Colorado, with expertise in public finance, tax increment financing, special districts, and public and private capital structures. Public clients she has served include the Denver Regional Council of Governments, the City and County of Denver, the cities of Wheat Ridge, Englewood, and Lafayette, and the Fitzsimons Innovation Campus. She has helped advance private projects involving TIF, including Broadway Station and Fox Park, and has advised numerous private developers on placemaking projects across the state.
Before moving to Colorado in 2017, Lizzy spent nearly a decade at JPMorgan Chase in New York, joining the firm in 2008 at the height of the financial crisis. She worked in various departments across the firm, including the interest rate derivatives division and equity capital markets, where she helped originate more than $10 billion in public equity offerings for consumer retail companies. As a Vice President in the Chief Investment Office & Treasury, she helped senior executives navigate mission-critical projects, served as secretary of the CIO, Treasury and Corporate Risk Committee, and helped manage liquidity risk across the firm’s $2.5 trillion balance sheet.
In addition to CECFA, Lizzy serves as board member and treasurer of the Broadway Station Metropolitan District (home of the future Denver Summit FC soccer stadium), sits on the Urban Land Conservancy’s Finance Committee, chairs the board of Better Together Denver, volunteers with Denver CASA, and is an active member of the Downtown Denver Partnership and Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce.
She holds a B.S.B.A. in International Economics and Finance from The Catholic University of America. She was a member of the Leadership Denver class of 2025 and was named to the Denver Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 list in 2026.
Indira Duggirala
Board Member
Indira Duggirala is the 1st Vice Chair of the Colorado Democratic Party , chair of the CDP’s State Outreach Commission and co-chair of South Asian Democrats of Colorado (COSAD) initiative. She is a political and community leader focused on engaging South Asians in the civic and political process. She worked with her local county democratic party and eventually joined They See Blue a national South Asian group to help elect democrats in the 2020 elections. Prior to entering politics, Indira worked in software development for 15 years. She is a mother of two and lives with her husband Ravi in Highlands Ranch, Colorado.
